About us

Debbie Shireman

Debbie has been selling real estate since 2015. She enjoys helping our clients achieve their financial goals for the next stage in their life.

Debbie is active in her community and in the Women's Council of Realtor's, Tucson Network. She has served on the Board and as Network President in 2021. as She currently works with a local non-profit medical clinic managing the transition to electronic medical records and is active in Dove Mountain Rotary Club. Debbie is also a Navy veteran, proudly serving our country for 8 years.

Ken Shireman

I began my real estate career after retiring from the medical device world where I served as a Sales Consultant, Sales Manager and Product Specialist. During my time in this field I managed people, products, and contracts with hospitals, and surgery centers. I am very well trained in the art of negotiation learning from the best in the field. I will put my negotiating skills to work for you to put you into the home of your dreams at a price that is within your budget. I am a proud Navy veteran and serve my community currently as the Vice _ Chairman of the Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery Foundation in Marana, AZ.

We adopted Missy from the Humane Society New Years Day 2017. She has become a large part of our life-which is code for an energetic part of our life!
